Pfitzco, Inc. provides naval architecture and various engineering services for marine salvage projects worldwide. The company has provided salvage engineering services such as computer simulations for re-floating vessels, residual structural strength calculations for damaged vessels, towing analyses, as well as various other engineering services as required for any sort of salvage operation.
As well, Pfitzco, Inc. has prepared many computer models for the OPA 90 damage stability and residual structural strength requirements for numerous vessels as part of a 24-hour rapid response team and has participated in countless "Spill Drills" and other preparedness exercises, in addition to “Real World” incidents.

Pfitzco, Inc. provides various engineering services within the civil and civil-marine arenas. While the main focus is on marine facilities, our capabilities extend to structures land-side. Pfitzco, Inc. is fully capable of performing shore-side structural engineering projects. A scope of services includes, but is not limited to:

Modeling & Drafting
Pfitzco, Inc. has the latest technology and software to perform advanced 2D and 3D modeling for a multitude of engineering applications. Software includes 12 seats of the latest version of AutoCAD, Inventor, Mechanical Desktop and Rhino. These modeling tools are used for typical drafting jobs in addition to structural design and direct interface with other engineering software such as ANSYS a finite element analysis tool, GHS / AutoHydro a stability evaluation tool, 3D Studio for motion clips and rendering in addition to other applications.
